| Lynn has worked within both Engineering and Production departments during his career. His experience working for automotive Tier 1 companies has exposed him to all the aspects of manufacturing required by Global OEM's. He has 20 years in the Industry, 10 years working within Senior Management for a company with an annual site turnover of £40 million. He has run a department with 30 staff personnel including production engineers, quality engineers, supervisors, technicians, toolroom and support staff. His team being responsible for co-ordinating a production department of 130 hourly paid personnel. Throughout this time his performance measurables have been achieved through improving key processes and objectives within the plant by setting aggressive but realistic targets and ensuring team work is used in applying lean techniques to achieve the results set by the parent company and expected by the shareholders. Although Lynn was the head of a large department, he has a very hands on approach and leads by example. His program management skills always come to the forefront when he is dealing with any task. He is skilled in all the automotive core tools including G8D, PFMEA and DOE. Understanding problem definition, establishing root cause and developing and verifying permanent corrective action has always been the driver in achieving targets. One of Lynn's greatest achievements was to win the Chairman's Award for New Technology Introduction while working for a facility that was part of a global organisation of 40 plants. Lynn has worked with companies in the UK, USA and Japan.
More recently, since Lynn has been with Probe he has been responsible for representing other Tier 1 companies, from the electronic and mechanical field, performing trouble shooting and problem solving activities throughout the UK and Europe and has been the Operations Manager of the Re-Work and Inspection function.

Phil has climbed through the ranks within an Automotive Tier 1 environment, culminating in Quality Managers position at a Major Tier 1 organisation before setting up Probe. Phil's experience has taken him through various aspects of Quality, which include spending periods across Europe as the resident Engineer on major vehicle launches for Opel, Ford, Jaguar and Landrover including Customer liaison responsibility for other Customers including Toyota, Honda and Nissan. Other external responsibilities during his career have been to work with the supply base through Europe and Asia using APQP tools on new product introduction through to establishing performance measures, problem solving and lean activities on current production components and materials. With regards his responsibilities in house, before becoming Quality Manager, Phil has worked at Quality Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer level on day to day Quality activities such as reacting to Customer Concerns and initiating the sequence of events which follow such concern reports. He is trained and has extensively used all the automotive core tools, particularly PFMEA and G8D and has hands on experience at route cause analysis, permanent corrective action implementation and verification. This includes the use of the statistical support tools required to perform verification. Finally, one of Phil's biggest achievements was to be responsible, during the time he was employed by a Tier 1 company, for being the first Division within the entire Global organisation to successfully achieve the TS16949 accreditation.
Since setting up Probe, there have been successful periods working on contract with a number of significant Tier 1 companies throughout South Wales. This has involved the implementation of SPC within production. He has had extended periods working on Supplier Development on behalf of clients at their supply bases in China, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.
