• Guide operations towards proactive Health & Safety management.

• Create or maintain legal registers.
• Provide Competent Advisory services on Health & Safety as per MHSWR1999.
• Monitor or audit for organisational legal compliance.
• Liaise on organisation's behalf for compliance with governmental agencies.
  (HSE, Environment Agency, Local Authorities, Fire Service, DEFRA.)
• Civil Claim defensibility support and Investigation.
  (Also Insurance Broker Liaison, and systemic improvements).

• Risk Assessments:- TRANSPORT, FIRE, COSHH, DSEAR. PUWER, DSE.
• Workplace Drug and Alcohol policies, procedures and monitoring.
• Noise and workplace air quality monitoring and management.
• Asbestos Management Plan and condition monitoring.
• Provide Information, Instruction and Training on Health & Safety matters.
• CE machinery marking regulation compliance.
• Accident and incident Investigation procedures.
• Monitoring of corrective and preventive action progress.
• Management of health monitoring requirements.
• Perform Audits, Inspections and Tours for Health & Safety.
• Apply lessons learnt from reactive Health & Safety events.
• Emergency Planning, Response and Arrangements.
• Contractor Management: - Permits to Work, Method Statement.
